LEADERS

MICHAEL HROBUCHAK, PRESIDENT, OWNER

 

Michael started his career in 2004 under Global War on Terrorism in the US Army, As a Long- Range Reconnaissance Scout/Sniper, serving a total of 15 months in Iraq, 18 months in Afghanistan and three months in Kosovo. Leaving active duty in 2012, he continued serving the Global War on Terrorism under special projects of Department of State, Department of Defense and on an elite country mentor program SPEAR (Special Projects Embassy Augmentation Response). Over the course of five years serving in Mali, Tunisia, Burkina Faso, Nigeria, Iraq, Afghanistan with the proven ability to develop and execute high-level work practices for multiple operational security roles in high-risk armed conflict zones.

 

Michael has the ability to plan operations and to have an overall handle of the area of operations. He’s an expert in conducting security overviews to assess risk/threat, the development and implementation of security education and instructional programs, and managing physical security and security compliance programs.

 

Personal skills in team management, leadership, coaching and staff development with the ability to write and deliver technical, safety critical security briefs. Sustains a professional demeanor within high operational tempo environments.

 

Since leaving overseas services, Michael has owned and managed two companies. One being a Military training facility is South Texas providing training and curriculum to some of the most prestigious US military units and Intelligence services. Building the country’s largest live fire shoot houses and explosive breaching facilities as well as owning and managing Bizzell Corporation, an Intelligence provider and aviation service company serving the US Government.

TROY WILLIAMS, VICE PRESIDENT, OWNER

 

Troy is an accomplished and broad-spectrum Intelligence Professional with nearly two decades of international experience with the Central Intelligence Agency. Troy has over 30 years of

comprehensive, large scale international leadership and operational experience in diversified international fields. His success in strategic planning includes a proven track record in the leadership and development of global operations, human capital management, logistics, finance and training.

 

Troy is the founder and CEO of multiple companies providing both crises management services and military related products. Holding executive level positions, he has successfully transitioned several start-up companies into established and expanding corporations, as well as directed successful large-scale projects for clients. He was recruited by the Office of Strategy and Operations at the conglomerate AECOM Technology Corp as management in the Special Projects Group, which dealt with multi-billion dollar projects both in the US and abroad.

 

Prior to establishing himself as a seasoned private sector executive Troy earned the reputation of producing unmatched excellence in the Intelligence Community. He was recognized for his regional and country management, as well as his operational success for the CIA, DIA and United States Citizenship and Immigration Service. He has worked in a multitude of diverse cultures with both government and non-governmental organizations, in over 40 countries, to include both permissive and non-permissive environments.

JULIE KANDLINGER, COUNTRY MANAGER

 

Juliane “Julie” Kandlinger has been serving as an integral Part of the Bizzell Corporation, mostly as a Program and Project Manager for several years and brings a wide range of knowledge and skillset to the Organization. She has been responsible for managing multiple Multi-Million Dollar contract operations, ensuring quality standards and work performance on all task orders and projects; planning, organizing and overseeing work efforts; assigning resources; managing personnel; providing risk management; ensuring quality management; monitoring overall project and contract performance.

 

Julie easily adapts to fast changing environments and requirements with a hands-on approach which she has especially shown during the U.S. Army Logistics Civil Augmentation Program

(LOGCAP IV) Contract.

 

Julie comes with a Military Background as she served as a Sergeant in the German Army Mechanized Infantry for eight years, which included three deployments to Afghanistan. She

has earned achievements such as Six Sigma and Program Management Professional PMP® Certification.

LT. GENERAL MICHAEL D. BARBERO

SENIOR ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER

 

Michael Barbero, a former US Army Lieutenant General, is a proven performer with extensive experience in leadership of large organizations and complex, multi-billion-dollar enterprises. Possesses 4 years-experience in the Middle East

coordinating strategic political-military operations at the highest levels.

 

Since transitioning to the private sector in 2013, Michael has formed several partnerships and is engaged in multi-million-dollar projects including security, oil and gas, large infrastructure projects and a mining operation. He is engaged in project development and project financing and capital raising for enterprises in the Middle East, Africa and Asia. He is also very active in the Kurdish Region of Northern Iraq. A seasoned business manager spanning both civilian and military sectors, Michael brings his unique experience at the intersection of technology, security, government, military and finance. He served as Director of the multi-billion-dollar rapid acquisition Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Organization (JIEDDO), responsible for leading the Defense Department’s actions to provide counter-IED capabilities to enable the defeat of the IED as a weapon of strategic influence.

 

General Barbero is a career Infantry leader, who has served in a wide variety of leadership assignments and has commanded forces at every grade, from Lieutenant to Lieutenant General. During his service as a General Officer in the US Army, he spent 46 months in Iraq over three separate combat tours of duty. Lieutenant General Barbero holds a master's degree in national security and strategic studies from the National Defense University, Washington, D.C. He is a graduate of the U.S. Army's Command and General Staff College and the School of Advanced Military Studies Program.

COLONEL JAMES WILLIAMSON, OPERATIONAL MANAGER

 

Mr. Williamson enjoys a reputation as a seasoned executive possessing a strong business background with an emphasis in strategic thought, problem solving, and change implementation. Throughout the years, Mr. Williamson has achieved a substantive record of success, in his military career and in private industry. He maintains a vast network of productive relationships that support complex problem solving within the military, senior governmental and corporate industries.

 

James is a leader with a history of achievements in managing complex programs in uniquely challenging environments. Excellent background directing scalable workforces, accounting for and maintaining millions of dollars in vital equipment,

and budgets. Primary focus of company has been in support of US Special Operations Forces (SOF), the Intelligence Community (IC), and the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) providing Personnel Services, SME Staff Augmentation, Forward Basing Logistics Support, Foreign Language Support Services to include interpretation, translation, transcription, and localization. Secondary focus has been training and education, IT and AV infrastructure and Security Services support.

 

In addition to his professional and corporate responsibilities, Mr. Williamson has enjoyed a successful military career in the US Special Forces spanning over thirty years. Commissioned a Lieutenant of Infantry in 1982, Williamson served in Germany and then in the 82d Airborne Division in North Carolina. Graduating the Special Forces Qualification Course in 1989, Williamson went on to serve in the Gulf War and subsequent humanitarian actions in Southwest Asia before leaving active duty as a Captain for the private sector in 1992. Williamson remained an active reservist in a variety of Special Forces joint and combined assignments at NATO, SOCCENT, USSOCOM, and other special operations units. Assignments

have included senior Counter Drug Officer, Counter Terrorism Officer, J3X, J2X, Joint Support Activity (JSA) Squadron Commander and, subsequently, as Deputy Commander, Joint Operations Support Element (JOSE).

 

Williamson has an extensive background in Special Operations and intelligence activities. He has served in the US and overseas to include Kosovo, Afghanistan, and Iraq, and other overseas locations. Mr. Williamson holds a Bachelor’s Degree from University of Delaware with a major in Political Science. He holds a Master’s Degree in Government Contracting from George Washington University. He is a member of the Special Forces Association (SFA), the Association For Intelligence Officers (AFIO), and InfraGard.
